If you have received the offer from a friend or family member (Referee):

How will I know if I have successfully registered for the program?

You will receive a confirmation email; these can take up to 24hrs to generate.  If you are unable to see them come through, check your spam folder.

I’ve been referred by more than one friend/family member and registered for the offer more than once.

You will only qualify for the gift cards once for your own job; however, you can receive unlimited gift cards for referrals. If you have been referred by more than one friend, only the unique link from which you first registered for the offer will apply.

What products must I be approved for and meet the minimum spend criteria in order to qualify?

Referrals are for jobs exceeding $300 within the Brisbane Region and $1000 outside of Brisbane region in our service areas Toowoomba, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.

What is the maximum amount of gift cards that the referred friend or family member can earn?

Unlimited! You can refer as many people as you want and earn every time we complete their job. Get up to 10 referrals and earn a $100 at Coles or Woolworths!

What is the ‘Refer a Friend’ offer period?

This is an on-going reward system.

How long will it take for the gift cards to be sent?

We will post the gift card asap, you should receive it within a month of job completion and payment has been received in full.

You can share the link with as many friends and family members as you’d like. Please ask their permission first, You will be awarded gift cards for every new client that has been referred.

Copy and paste the link into an email and send them to your friends and family. Please ask their permission first.

Who can I share the link with?

Your close friends and family. Qantas discourages spamming. You should only send referral messages to friends and family who genuinely want to receive them.

Can I refer friends/family who don’t live in Australia?

No, you must only refer friends/family who resides in our servicing areas.

My friend/family member forgot to use my unique link. Is there a way to track it back to my account?
